TopHelpPlus s.r.o. is a private corporate body, providing social service of personal assistance pursuant to §39 of Act 108/2006 Coll. as amended. The provision of services is tied to the registration of personal assistance services in the regions of Prague and the Central Bohemian Region (from 15.8.2016, identifier 5914719), Brno (from 1.11.2016, identifier 9108068), Ostrava (from 1.9.2016, identifier 9108068) and Brandýs nad Labem (from October 17, 2016, identifier 9725393).
In its activities, it is abided by the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, Act No. 108/2006 Coll. as amended and Decree No. 505/2006 Coll., and other relevant laws, decrees, regulations and internal directives for the respective type of activity that the field social service is obliged to respect in its activity.
TopHelpPlus personal assistance’s mission
The mission of field personal assistance is providing field social service of personal assistance to persons with chronic mental illnesses, persons with chronic illnesses, persons with other medical disabilities and to seniors, whose condition requires the help of other physical being. TopHelpPlus personal assistance assists users’ self-sufficiency and thus helps to prolong the clients’ stay in the environment of their homes without the need of using accommodation services or acute beds. It also eliminates the risks and reduces the amount of burdening acute hospitalizations. The mission of this service is fulfilled by respecting the uniqueness of the user of our services, sustaining his or her social life, dignity, and individual needs.
Objectives leading to fulfilling our mission
1. Providing individualized support and assistance with handling actions of regular self-care and household.
2. Providing support and assistance with maintaining or strengthening of social skills, social relationships and adequate activities.
3. Supporting clients in using institutions and commonly available services, especially authorities, doctors, etc.
4. Preventing social exclusion of lonely people.
5. Developing educational and leisure activities, help with spending free time meaningfully.
Target group
A person, which corresponds with registered social serves of personal assistance, persons with chronic mental illnesses, persons with chronic illnesses, people with other disability, seniors, can become the user of services of personal assistance.

Provision of service policy
User rights – respecting fundamental rights and freedoms, rights for intimate life and partnership. Creating conditions to protect user rights – further training of employees, control activities.
Individualization – assistance and support, according to possibilities, capabilities and needs of each user, strengthening their competence.
Equal approach – partnering approach and mutual respect of both parties, talking with the user about his or her needs and subsequent way of providing support of help and care.
Social inclusion – use of publicly available services, cultural facilities, educational institutions and educations, establishment and development of social contacts with family, friends and further social environment.
Supporting the development of user’s independence and autonomy – support, according to individual capabilities and needs to manage activities of regular self-care, preventing the increase of dependence on the service provided. Leading towards independent decision-making, strolling alone without anyone’s assistance, developing and maintaining work skills, developing self-sufficiency, social skills – i.e. regular purchases, cooking, laundry, self-help.
Improving the quality of service provision – ensuring effective and continuous deepening and complementing of employee training, complex team cooperation, professionalism, control activities focused on providing social services, assessing the results of goal achievement.
