TopHelpPlus, s.r.o. is a provider of social services under Act No. 108/2006 Coll. as amended. Personal assistance is a field service provided to persons who have reduced self-sufficiency due to age, chronic illness, or medical disability whose situation requires the assistance of another individual. The service is provided without a time limit, in the natural social environment of people and in the activities that a person needs. Those activities are:

1. help during regular actions of self-care

2. assistance during personal hygiene

3. help with providing food

4. help with running the household

5. educational and activation activities

6. arranging contact with the social environment

7. help with enforcing rights, legitimate interests, and with running personal affairs

The care is charged at an hourly rate in accordance with Decree 505/2006 Coll. as amended, which is 130 CZK / h. If a full hour of the service is not taken by the user, the payment according to the above mentioned rule is relatively short. The payment is exempt from VAT.

Apart from social services of personal assistance, “Family Membership Education” service is provided to the user and/or his/her family, where an authorized qualified employee provides education to family members within the agreed range and required care. This service is not a social service within the meaning of Act 108/2006 Coll. as amended. The payment for the service is individual and does not apply to the reimbursement limit resulting from § 5 paragraph (2) of Decree 505/2006 Coll. as amended. Since it is not a social service, the payment for the education and transport is not exempt from VAT.
