AN EVENING WITH THE TOPHELP FOUNDATION FUND AT PÍSECKÁ BRÁNA

On Tuesday, November 27^th, 2018 exactly on #givingtuesday aka. the World Day of Giving, we have celebrated the first year of operating the TopHelp Foundation Fund at Písecká brána with the support of its upholders, supporters, and special guests.

The main goal of the fund is to help clients with finishing financing the services of a personal assistant, so that they can live HOME for as long as possible with his/her help and would not have to go to medical facilities etc. The Foundation Fund focuses mostly on elderly clients, but even clients of younger ages after severe injuries or illnesses have the need and wish to live at home with the help of a personal assistant.

The evening at Písecká brána was led by Petr Šiška. The rich program has been started by the founders of the TopHelp Foundation Fund Martina and Jaromír Gajdáček, whom together with JanSchejbal, a photographer, and Zdenka Procházkvá made a toast to the vernissage of the photography exhibition with the name ‘Those who help…’

“The photography exhibition was created to support the edification of the topic of complex care in the home environment and to support the TopHelp Foundation Fund. The goal is to bring into awareness to the others, those who take care and help, are at the clients’ homes everyday, in the field – nurses, personal assistants. But also those who also do the necessary administrative work and public education in this context,”: stated Martina Gajdáčková, the chairwoman of the Board of Trustees.

The exhibition takes place at Písecká brána from November 26^th – November 30^th, 2018. All of you are cordially invited. The entrance is free and wheelchair accessible.

Markéta Konvičková, Jitka Zelenková (the face and ambassador of the fund), and Marek Ztracený came to sing and congratulate during the celebratory evening.
