A JOB THAT HELPS PEOPLE WITHOUT A DIFFERENCE IN AGE

“Thank you for the fantastic job, where I help people without a difference in age,” says our nurse Natálie.

Read this short interview about why she chose this occupation and what she enjoys about it and what completes her.

1. Why did you pick the job of a nurse in the home environment of a client?

1. I have never considered this job, for 10 years, I’ve worked in the field of gynecology, but then, I got this opportunity. I was thinking about it for a long time and to be honest, I was even afraid and had several prejudices. Anyway, people and healthcare has always completed me and that is why I said to myself, ‘why not give it a go, so that I have my own experience’. And now? Thank you for this fantastic experience and this fantastic job, where I help people without a difference in age, not only physically, but in a humane way too. And that is why this job is so significant and confirms that I have made the right choice. I get to do many professional acts, meet many great clients that repay my effort with smiles and a warm welcome.

2. What motivates you and gives you positive energy that you pass on
   CLIENTS, CLIENTS, CLIENTS

   I have a personal relationship with them, but it is true that one must not forget professionality. Everyone is individual, and your approach has to be on the same principle. The job of a field nurse is diverse and thus there is no threat of stereotypes. Our clients are very grateful for our care (except for some exceptions) and show it. And that is what completes me. I can implement myself here and gain strong motivation to carry on with this job.

3. What caught your interest in our company?
   Most of all, this company is willing to teach you well and prepare for different situation in the field. The management is very friendly and nice. We work on a friendly level with the leading nurse, even she is one of us. But of course, there were other things that convinced me. I am a mother of a 4-year-old boy and so I have to modify some things, such as the length of my shifts. This company offers great benefits, regular working hours, no night shifts, personal evaluation, and an ever-present friendly approach in the collective, without which none of this would be possible. There are situations in the field that surprise you or for example, your child is ill. Other nurses will immediately come through as much as possible and will help. With this, I would like to praise all of our nurses in Brno! We are a team and cooperate and we are doing our job giving it 100%.

4. What would you like to say to those, that have read your interview?

1. Let go of all prejudices and fear of a different job. Here in the company, everything is a.k.a. ‘CHILL’. People are great and if there is any problem or uncertainty, everything can be solved and the entire team will be happy to help. If you like professional work, nice people, your own time management, then there is no reason to not try this out. Trust me, even I was afraid of the unknown a few months ago. But now, I am like a fish in the water and now, when I am not sure with something, I know that I have an experienced team around me. The job is also suitable for mothers with kids thanks to the great work shift and excellent payment evaluation.
