Terms and conditions:

• Only citizens of the Czech Republic older than 18 years can take part in the competition. A consent of a legal representative is needed in case of a person younger than 18 years participating in the competition.
• During the time of the competition, the organizer reserves the right to change the rules or cancel the competition completely without stating a reason, the consumer is not entitled to reimbursement of the costs used for participating in the competition.
• The results of the competition are final, without an option to appeal. The prices of participants, which, out of reasons not on the side of the organizer, won’t be able to be reached by the organizer nor deliver the price to the winner’s address, fall in the possession of the organizer.
• The organizer is not responsible for the loss, inability to deliver, or damage of the prices during the postal shipping.
• By participating in the competition and submitting the answer, the participant expresses his or her consent to the rules and terms of the competition. At the same time, he or she agrees, according to law number 101/2000 Sb. about the protection of personal data with the processing of personal data provided by him for the purpose of delivery of prizes or other issues related to this event, and he or she gives their consent for their name to be published on www.tophelpplus.cz and or in other announcements of the results of the competition. According to the GDPR policy, the company will not record the competitor’s data after the competition has ended and the prize has been handed over.
